Return Policy
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a shipping promotion was used, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Sale, discounted items, and opened packages are not eligible for return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 8–12 business days after we receive your return. PayPal processing takes 2–3 business days, and banks may require additional time to post the credit.
How to return
Please email info@gleamgracenail.com with your order number and the items you’re returning. We’ll send you a U.S. return address.
Returns are free, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How to exchange
Items can be exchanged once for sizing issues. Please email info@gleamgracenail.com with the reason for the exchange, and our customer service team will assist you.
How to claim a defective item
Claims for defective items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Please email info@gleamgracenail.com with your order number, item number, and a clear photo of the defect. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
How to cancel an order
Orders can be canceled Monday–Friday within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, email info@gleamgracenail.com with your order number.
After 24 hours, orders are usually processed or shipped and cannot be canceled, only returned. Even within 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed due to fast processing. If cancellation isn’t possible, we will provide a return label after delivery.
